Principal Program Manager

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Principal Program Manager to serve as a strategic execution arm for the OCI India Hub Leader. This role will lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives critical to OCI's success in India.

The position involves managing complex programs across Engineering, HR, Workplace, and Business Operations, requiring exceptional stakeholder management and strategic planning skills. You'll drive initiatives involving departmental and cross-functional teams, focusing on OCI India Hub activities and alignment with global objectives.

As Principal Program Manager, you'll:

• Lead strategic and operational programs across OCI India
• Drive people and culture initiatives including talent development
• Manage facilities and real estate alignment projects
• Own data reporting and executive communications
• Coordinate with global stakeholders and vendors
• Support engineering and customer engagement initiatives

The ideal candidate brings:

• 10+ years of experience with 5+ years in Program Management
• Strong background in tech, cloud, or infrastructure
• Experience working with senior executives
• Exceptional program and stakeholder management abilities
• Advanced skills in data interpretation and executive communication
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Master's preferred)
• PMP or Agile certifications preferred
