Responsibilities For Principal Program Manager-ProdDev
- Foster effective teamwork and communication across Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Support, and other stakeholders
- Define and manage complex programs with competing priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain roadmap
- Oversee execution and timely delivery of features
- Maintain high standards in Oracle customer experience
- Recommend process improvements and act as primary point of contact
- Ensure resource allocation for specific programs
- Provide ongoing updates on release status to senior leadership
- Adapt to changing situations and advise on necessary adjustments
