Responsibilities For Principal Systems Services Engineer, CSS (Customer Success Services)

  • Deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers
  • Serve as an advocate for customer needs
  • Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means
  • Handle technical questions regarding Electronic Support Services
  • Act as primary point of contact for customers
  • Facilitate customer relationships with Support
  • Provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on customer situations
  • Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of Oracle's technologies and products

Requirements For Principal Systems Services Engineer, CSS (Customer Success Services)

Linux
  • 6 to 10+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in Oracle Solaris, Oracle Linux, Oracle ZFS
  • Experience with Oracle Engineered Systems - Exadata, PCA, ODA, ZDLRA
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • Experience with Oracle Sun SPARC and Intel Servers
  • Expertise in ZFS Storage array
  • Backup and Restoration knowledge
  • Servers and OS Administration skills
  • Storage Consolidation and Migration experience
  • Security clearance required
  • English language proficiency
