Principal Technical Operations Engineer

This role combines deep technical knowledge with administration/analysis of Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure to provide escalation support for complex production environment problems. You'll work on challenges related to immense growth, scaling, cloud leveraging, high performance, and high availability requirements. The position involves guiding junior engineers, participating in large-scale incident management, and developing new processes. You'll be part of the OCI Sovereign Cloud team, focusing on government, classified, and sovereign cloud regions. The role requires both Japanese and English language skills, with a focus on customer success and technical excellence.
