Principal Technical Program Manager

Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure is a new organization focused on product development and strategy for Oracle Health, building a complete platform for modernized, automated healthcare. This is a greenfield opportunity to design and build new cloud-centric applications from the ground up. As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you'll work across multi-functional teams to lead planning and designing technical solutions in an agile, fast-paced environment. The role involves managing complex projects, collaborating with various stakeholders, and driving technical initiatives from conception to delivery.

The position is part of Oracle's mission to improve healthcare and quality of life globally through better experience and easier access to health and research data. You'll work with distributed systems, identity, security, observability, and user experience, making significant technical and business impact. The role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, strong business judgment, and proven experience collaborating in hybrid teams.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of technical program management experience, strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, and preferably healthcare industry experience. You'll need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, technical leadership, and the ability to influence without authority while working across multiple geographies and cultures.
