Description For Principal Technical Program Manager

Oracle Cloud is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead their Dedicated Regions (DRCC) and Alloy validation programme. This role focuses on managing large-scale, strategic dedicated cloud engagements and ensuring successful customer implementations. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, working directly with sales teams and customers to maintain Oracle's shared responsibility model.

The role involves complex, non-routine work requiring advanced technical and business skills. As a leading contributor, you'll provide direction to others while working closely with product management teams. You'll be responsible for risk mitigation, customer engagement, and ensuring compliance with Oracle's standards.

Responsibilities For Principal Technical Program Manager

  • Communicating to the in-country sales teams the data center and deal qualification requirements
  • Receiving feedback from customer and/or sales teams to determine compliance with standards
  • Delivering validation reports to the executive team
  • Working closely with engineering teams translating business requirements into technical requirements
  • Driving alignment on product features, business metrics, and business strategies
  • Assisting in development of plans to achieve strategic objectives
  • Be the voice of customers and partners with Oracle's cloud engineering teams

Requirements For Principal Technical Program Manager

  • 10+ years of experience in a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels across an organization
  • Experience with Cloud services and Data Center networking
  • Understanding of cloud competitive landscape, customer priorities and challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to drive programs and projects to completion
