Description For Product Manager/Strategy 3-ProdDev

Oracle is seeking a Product Manager/Strategy 3-ProdDev with 6-10+ years of experience in the software industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience as a Security Product Manager or Security Technical Program manager, with a background as a Consultant, Architect, or subject matter expert in the Security domain.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a security roadmap by services/controls
  • Scaling and accelerating maturity across multiple service offerings
  • Coordinating medium and long-term efforts to support product roadmap implementation
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure project and program success
  • Managing multiple project deliverables and communicating product vision

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of software engineering, security operations, and automation principles
  • Experience with data-driven approaches, service management, and process engineering
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of overall experience in the software industry, with 3+ years of applicable project/program management experience
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Security Product Manager or Security Technical Program manager
  • Background as Consultant, Architect or subject matter expert in the Security domain
  • Strong understanding of software engineering, security operations, and automation principles
  • Experience with service management and process engineering
  • Outstanding analytical, consulting, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
