Product Manager/Strategy 5-ProdDev

The Oracle Applications Labs (OAL) team implements Oracle Fusion applications on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) platform to enable world-class application capabilities for internal lines of businesses. Within OAL, the Product and Portfolio Center of Excellence (PPCOE) team defines and governs best-in-class portfolio management practices.

We are looking for a highly talented Senior Principal Product Manager to join our OAL PPCOE team. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with key internal stakeholders across organizations to define the product roadmap and ensure alignment of resourcing, scoping, and schedules to ensure delivery. You will be responsible for building trust with partners and customers by ensuring that we deliver the highest business value through iterative development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand the customer market and develop a vision for the future
• Define and manage the product roadmap
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across OAL, Product Development, and Business Leaders
• Ensure alignment of resourcing, scoping, and schedules for product delivery
• Apply iterative development practices to deliver high business value
• Provide analytics on successful practices and apply them to future work

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in process areas such as Lead to Signature, Signature to Cash, Revenue to Reporting
• 7+ years of experience in technical architecture, leading complex technical & engineering programs
• 7+ years of experience in program and project management
• 7+ years of product design or related experience
• Experience developing and implementing complex technical projects
• Excellent communication skills, ability to present to CEO office and top-tier executives
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under time-sensitive deadlines
• BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area
