Product Mgmt/Strategy Manager-ProdDev

As a Product Management/Strategy Manager in Oracle NetSuite's Product Development division, you will lead a team that defines product specifications and strategy for the Manufacturing industry customer base. You'll collaborate with NetSuite Value Stream leaders and top leadership to set strategic goals, working closely with other application product management groups to ensure end-to-end solutions accomplish those goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Mentoring and empowering Product Managers
• Collaborating with software developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and Product Managers
• Leading vision and prioritizing backlog
• Ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery of customer value and defect resolutions
• Communicating with Sales and Go to Market teams
• Embodying Oracle's values: Customer First, Collaboration, Innovation, and Integrity

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years experience in Product Management
• 2+ years experience in managing or leading other Product Managers
• Great ERP product knowledge
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to combine collaboration with respectful assertive leadership
