Program Manager 4-ProdDev

Oracle is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to join their Clinical Operations Team. This role is crucial in aligning priorities across service teams and driving complex projects to completion. The ideal candidate will manage large-scale technology projects focused on improving collaboration across the OHAI ecosystem, reducing defects and incidents, and enabling continuous improvement in Clinical Operations.

You'll be responsible for developing and leading programs focused on defect management, scalability, reliability, release management, and security. The role involves working closely with Service Delivery Directors and Executives, managing cross-functional teams, and representing Operations up to the VP level.
