Program Manager

As a Program Manager (PM) at Oracle, you will serve as a Director-level member of a PMO, working across a highly matrixed team to lead cloud solutions implementation for GDI clients. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on program management, requiring expertise in Cloud environments, SaaS, HR, and Operations.

The position involves interfacing across multiple Lines of Business, including Cloud Operations, Solution Architecture, Development, and SaaS Operations. You'll be responsible for Integrated Product Team leadership and providing recommendations on risk management and program-level execution strategy.

Key responsibilities include setting strategic direction, ensuring profitable growth, maintaining customer relationships, and developing new approaches for expanding the customer base. You'll be accountable for operational/financial metrics and creating operational processes to drive consistency across the PMO.

The role requires a deep understanding of Cloud environments, SaaS, HR, and technology transformations, along with expertise in risk management and IT lifecycle management.
