Responsibilities For Program Manager
- Define program goals, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals
- Develop detailed program plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management
- Establish and manage program budgets
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Coordinate and communicate program priorities
- Identify program risks, issues, and dependencies
- Establish KPIs and track progress
- Provide regular updates and status reports
- Promote continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment with company-wide initiatives
Requirements For Program Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5-7 years of program management experience
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Project Management or Service Management certification (ITIL, PMP, Prince2)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana)
- Experience with Oracle support systems, OCI, SaaS, PaaS, and Cloud at Customer
- LOB Communications, Exec C-Level Communications, Global experience
