Responsibilities For Program Manager

  • Define program goals, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals
  • Develop detailed program plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management
  • Establish and manage program budgets
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate and communicate program priorities
  • Identify program risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Establish KPIs and track progress
  • Provide regular updates and status reports
  • Promote continuous improvement
  • Ensure alignment with company-wide initiatives

Requirements For Program Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5-7 years of program management experience
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Project Management or Service Management certification (ITIL, PMP, Prince2)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana)
  • Experience with Oracle support systems, OCI, SaaS, PaaS, and Cloud at Customer
  • LOB Communications, Exec C-Level Communications, Global experience
