Oracle is seeking a Program Manager of Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) Strategy to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strategic-minded professional who will implement and sustain programs through lean principles while fostering innovation and collaboration. The position involves developing, standardizing, and managing data for effective governance and compliance within the Integrated Facilities Management model. Responsibilities For Program Manager, RE&F Strategy
- Leads the creation and updates of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identifies process improvement opportunities
- Provides administrative support to the RE&F Strategy organization
- Develop data analysis tools and methodologies
- Analyze data and develop reporting for executive level presentations
- Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency
- Manage IFM partners contractual obligations
- Develop and implement a Continuous Improvement Plan
- Manage, track, and provide report outs on financial performance
- Develop and foster strong relationships with strategic partners
Requirements For Program Manager, RE&F Strategy
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management, finance, engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant facilities experience
- Multidisciplinary understanding of real estate, facilities, engineering, construction project management
- High level of personal credibility and client relationship management skills
- Background in continuous improvement and change management
- Located within thirty miles to a major Oracle campus
- Ability to work at an Oracle campus at least three days per week
- Ability to travel as required
