Oracle's Infrastructure Global Industry Unit (IGIU) is seeking a QA Engineer to join their Applications Center of Excellence (ACE) Team. This role is crucial in optimizing the process of handling customer bugs and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. The position is part of a team that helps organizations reimagine how they plan, build, and operate vital assets that improve lives and power progress worldwide.
As a QA Engineer, you'll be working with Energy, Water, Construction and Engineering products, focusing on boosting productivity, minimizing risk, and unlocking intelligence for continuous improvement. You'll be part of a team practicing Agile and Scrum methodologies, working on both on-premise and Cloud-targeted applications/services.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in software development, excellent problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication skills in both English and Spanish. You'll be responsible for triaging complex bugs, mentoring team members, managing bug resolution processes, and maintaining clear communication with customers.
