SaaS HCM Functional Senior Implementation Engineer

Oracle, a global leader in cloud solutions, is seeking a SaaS HCM Functional Senior Implementation Engineer to join their Customer Success Services (CSS) & Advanced Customer Support organization. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, focusing on delivering complex solutions for Oracle Applications customers. The position requires 6-10+ years of experience and deep knowledge of Oracle Applications.

As a senior member of the team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting Oracle SaaS & Apps while serving as an advocate for customer needs. You'll work at the intersection of technical implementation and customer success, providing consultative support and technical leadership to both customers and internal teams.
