Oracle's SaaS Operations Engineering team is seeking a strong full stack Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to lead and manage SaaS fleet deployment readiness. This role combines technical leadership with strategic planning, requiring expertise in cloud architecture, deployment coordination, and stakeholder management. The position involves leading cross-team discussions, producing deployment plans, and presenting to key customers. Responsibilities For SaaS Strategic Planning Program Manager
- Define, document, drive and manage fleet deployment planning and readiness process
- Prepare, document, manage and communicate deployment planning outcomes
- Facilitate and provide feedback to service owners
- Drive technical discussions with stakeholders
- Investigate, prepare and present operations updates/plan to customers
- Translate customer requirements into operational plans
- Define and document best practices for system architectures
- Work with technical teams to establish optimal roadmap
- Produce and present executive summary on complex projects
- Research and document new technologies
- Apply Agile project management methodology using Jira
Requirements For SaaS Strategic Planning Program Manager
- OCI Architect Certified
- Understanding of full stack cloud-based technologies
- Strong technical writing experience
- Strong customer facing interaction experience
- Strong agile project management methodology
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Knowledge of CS fundamentals
- 5+ years of professional experience in reliability engineering
- 5+ years of experience in customer facing role
- 5+ years of experience in designing cloud migration solutions
