Description For SaaS Strategic Planning Program Manager

Oracle's SaaS Operations Engineering team is seeking a strong full stack Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to lead and manage SaaS fleet deployment readiness. Responsibilities For SaaS Strategic Planning Program Manager

  • Define, document, drive and manage fleet deployment planning and readiness process
  • Prepare, document, manage and communicate deployment planning outcomes
  • Facilitate and provide feedback to service owners
  • Drive technical discussions with stakeholders
  • Investigate, prepare and present operations updates/plan to customers
  • Translate customer requirements into operational plans
  • Define and document best practices for system architectures
  • Work with technical teams to establish optimal roadmap
  • Produce and present executive summary on complex projects
  • Research and document new technologies
  • Apply Agile project management methodology using Jira

Requirements For SaaS Strategic Planning Program Manager

Kubernetes
  • OCI Architect Certified
  • Understanding of full stack cloud-based technologies
  • Strong technical writing experience
  • Strong customer facing interaction experience
  • Strong agile project management methodology
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields
  • Knowledge of CS fundamentals
  • 5+ years of professional experience in reliability engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in customer facing role
  • 5+ years of experience in designing cloud migration solutions
