The role promotes complete Oracle Cloud Solutions, drives customer acquisitions and cloud services consumption growth, and acts as a technical/sales strategist in competitive situations. Key areas of focus include Database, Analytics, Integration, Security, PaaS, Application Workloads move to cloud, Cloud Native Application Development, and Autonomous Technology initiatives. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive strategies, managing and developing sales teams, negotiating deals, participating in strategic planning, building relationships with field managers, and accurately forecasting revenue. The ideal candidate should have 5-10+ years of enterprise direct sales experience, 3+ years leading sales teams, and expert understanding of cloud adoption patterns.
