Security Manager, Data Center Physical Security Systems

Oracle's Global Physical Security (GPS) Data Center Systems Team has an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager, Data Center Physical Security Systems. This new position reports directly to the Director of Global Data Center Security Systems who is based in the UK. The role requires working on-site 5 days a week in Abilene, TX.

The Service Manager will be responsible for the development, leadership, and management of a dedicated service team located onsite in Abilene, TX, USA. This position will focus on break-fix, maintenance, and security system service to the locally deployed Physical Security Systems and all associated hardware that support the GPS Line of Business.

Oracle's Global Physical Security (GPS) Data Center Systems Team manages technology enabling the GPS Operations Data Center Team to provide physical protection to Data Center property, assets, and infrastructure. Oracle utilizes internal owned Data Center locations and third-party external Data Centers managed by co-location service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and lead a dedicated service team for physical security systems
2. Oversee break-fix, maintenance, and security system services
3. Develop and implement service strategies for data center security systems
4. Collaborate with global teams and manage supplier relationships
5. Ensure compliance with industry-specific service and security requirements
6. Lead annual Alarm Reduction and System Health Check programs
7. Provide technical support for various security technologies, including Lenel OnGuard access control and IP camera systems
