Senior AI/ML Engineer – Digital Government

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer for Digital Government at Oracle, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large language models (LLMs) to create Generative AI applications based on textual inputs. You will work on data processing, cleansing, and quality verification, as well as implementing proper labeling and classifications for data curation. Leveraging NLP techniques, you will categorize textual inputs while considering different aspects such as NL intent complexities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining LLMs for Generative AI applications
• Performing data engineering tasks
• Implementing NLP techniques for text categorization
• Staying updated with the latest AI and machine learning advancements
• Engaging with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participating in the full project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing machine learning algorithms
• Strong knowledge of LLMs and NLP techniques
• Proficiency in Python and Java
• Experience with PL/SQL, OpenSearch, Vector databases, and Kafka Streaming
• Familiarity with emerging LLM frameworks and plugins
• Experience with RAG-based solutions architecture
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
