Responsibilities For Senior Applied Scientist

  • Collaborate with product managers to translate business and product requirements into AI projects
  • Collaborate with fellow technical leaders to ensure successful delivery of models and integration of services
  • Coordinate with multinational teams to drive projects from research POC to production
  • Develop new healthcare and enterprise services using generative AI and machine learning
  • Design and review AI solutions architecture
  • Lead and mentor both junior and senior applied scientists
  • Develop production code and advocate for best practices
  • Participate in project planning and reviews
  • Identify and mitigate risks in plans and executions

Requirements For Senior Applied Scientist

Python
  • Experience in designing and implementing scalable AI models for production
  • Deep understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures
  • Experience with LLM frameworks and plugins
  • Experience in data collection/annotation solutions
  • Strong publication record in top-tier journals or conferences
  • PhD or Masters/Bachelors with 3+ years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare AI models (preferred)
  • Experience with computer vision and multimodal modeling (preferred)
