As a Senior Big Data Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting highly complex technical issues within areas like Cloudera distribution for Hadoop (CDH), HDFS, YARN, Spark, Hive, Sqoop, and Oozie. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies while collaborating with various teams including Hardware, Development, ODI, and Oracle R to resolve customer issues.
The ideal candidate will have strong Linux systems experience, deep knowledge of Cloudera Hadoop architecture, and excellent problem-solving abilities. You'll be handling BDA upgrades, patches, and installations while serving as a technology expert for customers.
