Oracle's Customer Success Organization is seeking a Senior Cloud Customer Success Manager to drive customer transformation and success. This role is crucial in helping clients maximize the value of Oracle Cloud solutions, focusing on business outcomes across customer, product, partners/implementors, and GTM/sales dimensions. The position requires 8-10+ years of experience in Cloud transformation, with a strong background in managing complex SaaS implementations. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner, managing stakeholder relationships, driving project success, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for risk mitigation, partner management, and achieving key performance metrics including NPS, CLV, and customer retention. The role offers opportunities to work with Oracle's largest accounts in the region, growing within the Global Customer Success organization, and expanding professional networks in the international Oracle Cloud ecosystem. Responsibilities For Senior Cloud Customer Success Manager - SaaS

  • Lead complex partner-led SaaS transformational implementations
  • Assess and mitigate risk in partner implementations
  • Act as escalation point for customer and partner conflicts
  • Drive customer implementation success with healthy partner interaction
  • Manage customer and partner solution gaps and development requests
  • Guide projects to deliver stakeholder expectations
  • Drive alignment between Development, Support, Legal, Customer Success, Sales and Applications management
  • Work with Alliances and Channels ensuring partner focus on customer success

Requirements For Senior Cloud Customer Success Manager - SaaS

  • 8-10+ years of experience in product line and/or Cloud transformation
  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar (desired)
  • Deep product and market expertise in Cloud Delivery
  • Strong understanding of front, middle, and back office digital transformation
  • Ability to work effectively with matrix and virtual organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% across the region
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
