Responsibilities For Senior Cloud Support Engineer

  • Provide exceptional customer service, technical assistance and training to internal and external customers
  • Apply troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to customers' needs
  • Assess ticket priority and escalate as necessary
  • Resolve issues timely and accurately to meet expected metrics and SLAs
  • Monitor release notes to obtain understanding of new or updated services
  • Develop customer-facing or internal documentation
  • Work 24x7 shift rotation including on-call duties

Requirements For Senior Cloud Support Engineer

Linux
  • Experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of Virtualization (VMware, Xen, Hypervisor) and Identity Management
  • Networking expertise (DNS, TCP/IP, IPsec, SSL VPN, Load Balancing)
  • Cloud services and cloud computing experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • English language proficiency
  • Romanian citizenship
