Senior Construction Project Manager, Colocation Infrastructure Delivery

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's Data Center Infrastructure Construction team is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of state-of-the-art data center facilities. This role focuses on managing base building and MEP infrastructure portions of colocation projects, requiring extensive coordination with DCIB teams handling tenant fit-out projects. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in construction project management, specifically in data center or colocation infrastructure.

The position demands strong leadership in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include schedule management, risk evaluation, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication. The role requires deep technical knowledge of data center construction, including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, controls, and plumbing systems.
