Description For Tech Manager, CSS Global SaaS & Apps Delivery, SaaS Apps

Oracle's Customer Success Services (CSS) division is seeking a Tech Manager for their Global SaaS & Apps Delivery team. This role is part of a 4000+ strong global organization operating in 100+ countries, helping customers with complex requirements to maximize their Oracle technology investments. The position involves managing end-to-end service operations, leading a team of resources, and ensuring delivery of SLA commitments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud/HCM, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managed services engagements. This role offers the opportunity to work with enterprise-level clients, lead service improvement initiatives, and contribute to critical business processes in a global technology leader's environment.

Responsibilities For Tech Manager, CSS Global SaaS & Apps Delivery, SaaS Apps

  • Manage customer relationship
  • Manage and coordinate activities of Oracle Functional Services team
  • Produce management reports
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the delivery of services
  • Manage Quality of delivery
  • Lead Account Reviews
  • Build and manage the operations team
  • Mentor team and build expertise
  • Participate in Weekly Operational Review meetings
  • Participate in high severity incident resolution

Requirements For Tech Manager, CSS Global SaaS & Apps Delivery, SaaS Apps

Java
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud/HCM Experience – Technical or Functional or Techno Functional
  • Minimum 12 years of experience
  • Should have worked in managed services engagement for at least 5 years
  • Should have managed engagements for 3-4 years
  • Fluent in risk management and delivery management
  • Fluent in ITIL
  • Fluent in English
  • B.S (Computer Science) or equivalent preferred
  • MBA (Financials/Operations/Systems) is a plus
