Description For Senior DevOps Engineer

Oracle Labs is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their research and development team focused on application development. As a senior member of the operations team, you will apply your knowledge of DevOps and software architecture to manage tasks associated with developing, operating, solving, and debugging cloud services. The role involves working with critical cloud infrastructure, driving deployment automation, and designing architecture changes to meet customer needs. You'll be responsible for the delivery of mission-critical stack, supporting FAW operation in OCI infrastructure, and providing technical leadership. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Linux, networking, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation, with proficiency in scripting languages and cloud-native technologies. Responsibilities For Senior DevOps Engineer

Deliver mission-critical stack with focus on security, resiliency, scale, and performance
Understand and communicate scale, capacity, security, performance attributes, and requirements
Support FAW operation in OCI infrastructure using Cloud DevOps methodologies
Provide technical leadership to software developers
Manage cloud infrastructure and services using OCI tools
Improve existing cloud abilities, processes, and tools
Modify and improve component pipelines, deployments, and validations
Handle complex or critical issues
Resolve customer support requests
Build and maintain alerting and monitoring systems
