As a Product Manager overseeing Registration and Scheduling within Oracle's Revenue Cycle, you will lead the development and strategic direction of products designed to streamline patient access and scheduling processes. This role demands a keen understanding of healthcare operations, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that enhance the patient and provider experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and integrate solutions that are aligned with the broader Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure (OHAI) strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Registration and Scheduling products
- Engage with healthcare stakeholders to gather insights
- Drive new product development and enhancements to existing solutions
- Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams
- Leverage market research, analytics, and feedback to inform product direction
- Own the product backlog, define user stories, and lead Agile development
- Serve as a product ambassador
- Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers

Requirements For Senior Director Product Manager - Registration and Scheduling (Revenue Cycle)
- 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare IT or related fields
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle, patient registration, and scheduling workflows
- Proven track record in managing full product lifecycle from concept to release
- Experience with SaaS solutions and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on user experience and market competitiveness
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or related field; Advanced degree preferred
