Description For Senior Hardware Developer

Oracle is seeking a Senior Hardware Developer to join their team in Santa Clara. This role focuses on working with leading semiconductor and storage suppliers, involving networking hardware, CPUs, memory, GPUs, and various storage technologies. The position requires interfacing with Oracle design teams, manufacturing partners, and end customers while being responsible for key performance indicators and quality metrics.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in hardware development with a strong understanding of PC/Server hardware components and semiconductor manufacturing. You'll be responsible for defining and measuring performance indicators, supporting quality initiatives from NPI to EOL, and driving root cause analysis with suppliers.
