Senior Java Cloud Developer

Oracle is seeking a Senior Java Cloud Developer to design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, and networks. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of data structures & algorithms, and experience in building highly scalable web applications for cloud deployments.

Key Requirements:

• Computer Science or equivalent degree from a top university
• 3+ years of experience in distributed and scalable system software development
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, and web technologies
• Experience with JavaScript, knockout, JET, angular, RESTful web services, Spring, Spring Boot
• Familiarity with OR mapping tools, hibernate, and security/SSO aspects
• Experience in cloud development, deployment, and debugging
• Strong problem-solving skills and passion for new technologies
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot J2EE applications with database integration
• Define and develop UI-based applications, including debugging and performance optimization
• Implement changes to existing software architecture to meet evolving needs
• Work in a fast-paced, challenging, global environment
