Senior Java Plsql Engineer

This role focuses on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. The position involves working directly with customers, OEMs, and VARs to resolve technical and non-technical inquiries related to Oracle products.

As a member of the Support team, you'll be responsible for providing level one support through both phone and electronic channels, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, and acting as a primary point of contact for customers. The role requires strong technical knowledge in Java and PL/SQL, combined with excellent communication skills as you'll be interfacing with various stakeholders.
