  • Lead and develop a team of technical subject matter experts
  • Be responsible for technical delivery of CSS contracts
  • Drive skills development of team members
  • Regular interaction with sales and delivery account teams
  • Provide leadership and direction with coaching and mentoring
  • Ensure team utilization and delivery costs are aligned with targets
  • Act as senior management point for escalation of customer issues

Requirements For Senior Manager – Global SaaS&Apps, Customer Success Services (CSS)

Java
  • Minimum 15 years IT organization background
  • Experience managing a team of 10+
  • Experience in leveraging onshore and offshore teams in multi-culture environment
  • Technical knowledge in Oracle Applications implementations
  • Project Management (PMP) certification or extensive Project Management experience
  • MBA or/and PMP recommended
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
