Description For Senior Member of Technical Staff
Oracle Health & AI is a new organization focusing on product development and strategy for Oracle Health, building a complete platform for modernized, automated healthcare. The Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) team, within this organization, has been delivering conversational AI experiences for 7 years and is evolving to provide Generative AI solutions for healthcare and enterprise domains. This role will work on new feature development for CDA Specialty Expansion & Innovation, Language & Region Expansion, and various aspects of ML Engineering and MLOps. The position offers an entrepreneurial environment with high visibility and senior leadership support, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions for healthcare and enterprise customers. The role combines technical expertise in ML with practical implementation in a cloud environment.
Responsibilities For Senior Member of Technical Staff
- Fully own services built with ML Scientists including scalability, availability, metrics, and alarms/alerts
- Cloud Administration of VMs including patching, upgrading packages, working with endpoints, load balancing
- Setup and own CI/CD pipelines and MLOps environment
- Data quality checks & onboarding data to cloud for modeling
- Build extensible solutions around drift checks and impact assessment
- Prompt Engineering, FT work, Evaluation, Data
- End-end AI Solution architecture, LLM Inference Optimization
- Python and Java development
Requirements For Senior Member of Technical Staff
- Masters degree preferred
- Experience having led multiple projects leveraging LLMs, GenAI and Prompt Engineering
- Exposure to real-world MLOps deploying models into production
- Knowledge of working in a cloud environment
- 5+ Years of Experience
- Strong understanding of LLMs, GenAI, Prompt Engineering and Copilot
