Description For Senior Principal Analytics Program Manager - Cloud Infrastructure

This role is a Senior Principal Analytics Program Manager position within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)'s Central Strategy team. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for driving optimization, utilization, demand, customer growth, and operations of OCI's region portfolio. This is a highly visible position where you'll own execution and data governance across demand and capacity planning functions.

The role involves working with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives, architects, financial teams, and product managers, to transform ideas into mature processes that support fast-paced customers. You'll be part of a growing team that helps steer strategy execution through systematic planning, analytics, due diligence, and business operations.

  • 7+ years' experience in analytics, business program manager, chief of staff, or similar role
  • Proven ability to think broadly and strategically
  • Highly analytical and technically proficient
  • Understanding of data center growth, build out, and operations
  • Experience using agile software development practices
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven understanding of sales field teams and customer growth patterns
