Senior Principal Architect - AIML & Data Science

Oracle Customer Success Services is seeking a Senior Principal Architect specializing in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning to lead their AI strategy and development efforts. This role sits within the CSS Architecture Team, working in a garage culture environment that emphasizes innovation and cutting-edge technology.

The position involves leading the strategy for AIML efforts in designing and building scalable, distributed, resilient services that provide artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities. The role requires extensive experience in machine learning algorithms, model creation and evaluation, data engineering, and software development methodologies.

As a Senior Principal Architect, you'll be responsible for shaping the AI Strategy for the business, providing thought leadership impacting business and technology decisions, and leading the technology charter for AI ML Development and Engineering teams. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and various cloud platforms while building enterprise-scale AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in software development and AI/ML, with deep expertise in both traditional and deep learning, particularly in areas such as Recommendation Engines, NLP & Transformers, Computer Vision, and Generative AI. Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge business and technical requirements are essential.
