Requirements For Senior Principal Customer Success Manager

  • 8-10+ years of customer-facing experience
  • 5+ years of proven experience in SaaS Implementations
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related degree
  • English and Spanish language proficiency
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar highly desired
  • Strong executive communication and presence skills
  • In-depth knowledge in one or more lines of businesses
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Good understanding of enterprise architecture principles
