Senior Principal Product Manager

This Senior Principal Product Manager role focuses on Oracle's blockchain/fintech platform development team, seeking a passionate individual to be the voice of the customer and translate market opportunities into product requirements. The position involves working with digital assets in finance, including traditional regulated finance space, and guiding customers in identifying use cases, designing ecosystem networks, and solving problems in large-scale distributed systems.

The role requires deep understanding of distributed ledger concepts, both from technical and business perspectives. As a leading subject matter expert in regulated digital assets (CBDC, Deposit Tokens, tokenized securities), you'll define system interactions while maintaining hands-on involvement across the technology stack. You'll work with a global team at the forefront of fintech adoption across financial services, playing a key role in Oracle's fintech data platform strategy.

The position involves moderate travel and combines inbound and outbound PM responsibilities. You'll collaborate closely with engineering teams in an agile environment, engage with GTM teams, develop marketing content, deliver training, and support global sales teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable presenting to C-level executives while also conducting technical workshops for developers.

Key focus areas include Central Bank Digital Currency, peer-to-peer digital asset systems, tokenized securities, and Real-World Asset management. You'll need to understand financial markets infrastructure, security technologies, and distributed systems fundamentals.
