Senior Principal Technical Program Manager

The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) team offers opportunities to build and operate massive scale, integrated cloud services in a distributed, multi-tenant cloud environment. As a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager, you'll work across multi-functional teams to lead planning and designing technical solutions for OCI services, including cloud migration and enterprise hybrid cloud services. You'll define project scopes, manage schedules, organize meetings, prepare reports, manage risks, and monitor projects from initiation through delivery. Collaboration with program and product management partners is key to understanding customer needs and building the right solutions. The role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, strong business judgment, and experience collaborating in hybrid teams. You should be a self-starter technical leader with the ability to execute both strategically and tactically, possessing strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused passion for cloud technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and designing of technical solutions for OCI services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience as a hands-on technical program manager
• Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle
• Experience launching and operating customer-facing cloud services
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-driven problem solver adaptable to dynamic environments
• Thorough understanding of public cloud infrastructure services
• Knowledge of OCI, AWS, Azure, or Google IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS services
