Senior Principal Technical Program Manager

Building off Oracle's Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team focuses on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an upbeat and creative environment.

As a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager, you will be working across multi-functional teams to lead planning and designing technical solutions in an agile, fast-paced environment. The role involves managing complex projects from initiation through delivery, organizing interdepartmental activities, and ensuring project completion within budget constraints.

You will collaborate closely with partners in program and product management to understand customers and build the right solutions. The position requires exceptional problem-solving skills, strong business judgment, and notable experience collaborating in hybrid teams. You'll need to be a self-starter technical leader with proven ability to implement both strategically and tactically.
