Responsibilities For Senior Principal Technical Program Manager
- Responsible for delivery improvement programs, from shaping the approach to achieving desired outcomes
- Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results
- Provide program and project management expertise to complex business initiatives
- Develop program workstreams, identify core milestones, and ensure project goals align with objectives
- Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners
- Seek opportunities for ongoing improvement in business operating procedures
- Track and manage priorities and committed actions
- Experience identifying, measuring, and adjusting plans against key business metrics
Requirements For Senior Principal Technical Program Manager
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in cloud
- Direct experience working with large-scale customers, including at the executive level
- High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and propose solutions
- Ability to lead other TPMs, design, and build engineers
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel (e.g. PivotTables, lookups, if-statements, macros)
- Knowledgeable in PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence
