Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure, focusing on product development and strategy for Oracle Health while building a complete platform for modernized, automated healthcare. This is an entrepreneurial environment seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy for patient administration and revenue cycle products. The role involves being a crucial link between business functions and product requirements, focusing on automating care coordination and ensuring seamless patient experiences across Oracle's portfolio.
The position requires understanding current features of Oracle Health Revenue Cycle products, analyzing customer requirements, and working with cross-functional teams to translate product roadmaps into client strategies. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience in health IT, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent collaboration skills.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $74,700 to $178,100 per annum, with potential for bonus and equity. Responsibilities For Senior Product Manager
- Define product strategy and roadmap
- Gather and analyze information to define product requirements
- Act as voice of customers to UX and engineering teams
- Engage directly with customers and partners as product evangelist
- Work with UX and Engineering teams on backlog prioritization
- Focus on customer development and track feedback
- Work with Program Management on product release process
Requirements For Senior Product Manager
- 5+ years product management/design experience, health IT consulting, or health IT solution work
- Contribution and/or leadership of critical projects
- Highly self-motivated to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Exceptional ability to negotiate and collaborate across groups
- Customer focus with enterprise/public sector customer experience
- Attention to detail and ability to lead multiple priorities
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically
