Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-organizational programs impacting both product and business, specifically for North American Sovereign Cloud Regions. This role requires managing high-visibility deliverables up to the Director level, with a focus on process improvements and efficiency gains. The position demands expertise in cloud services, program management, and government customer environments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience with large-scale cloud infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technology while solving critical challenges for major customers. Responsibilities For Senior Program Manager
- Responsible for meeting deliverable deadlines
- Define requirements scope and estimations
- Create risk management plans and maintain risk register
- Host regularly scheduled status meeting with stakeholders
- Manage communication cross-department / cross-functional teams
- Prepare communication plans and strategies
- Plan project deliverables
- Manage projects from implementation to closure
- Drive critical cross-org programs
- Escalate as needed to drive intended results
Requirements For Senior Program Manager
- U.S. Citizenship required, active TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance preferred
- 6+ years leading complex technical/engineering programs
- 8+ years relevant work experience in program and project management
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business need
- Experience with infrastructure, networking, cloud services, virtualization
- Self-driven problem solver
