The position involves creating sophisticated test programs and frameworks to validate features in upcoming Oracle product releases. You'll be working with a core team of talented professionals from top colleges, getting deep exposure to Database/Cluster/Cloud services domains. The role specifically focuses on testing ACFS, which is an industry-standard multi-platform scalable file system with cluster-wide data sharing capabilities.
Your responsibilities will include developing automated test setups, simulating functionality on Linux machines, and creating comprehensive test frameworks that can independently configure, run tests, inject failures, and verify results. The position offers exposure to open source technologies and the opportunity to work on features like Encryption, Snapshots, Multi-relationship replication, and other advanced filesystem capabilities.
