Senior Software Developer (Ruby on Rails)

Oracle's HDI Clinical Trials Production Operations group is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join their mission of streamlining clinical trial study startup processes. As part of the industry-leading cloud solution for clinical trial planning, data collection, and trial execution, you'll work on developing SaaS platforms and applications using modern technologies like Ruby on Rails, Node.js, and SPA frameworks.

The role offers an opportunity to work on meaningful healthcare technology that speeds up the delivery of new medicines to market. You'll be part of an agile team that emphasizes collaboration through pair programming, daily standups, and retrospectives. The team uses cutting-edge technologies including Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Preact, OJet, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and various testing frameworks to build robust, well-tested web applications.

As a Senior Software Developer, you'll be responsible for advancing the state of the art in SaaS product development, working on full-stack enterprise applications that streamline crucial workflow processes in the pharmaceutical industry. You'll collaborate with top-notch engineers, product managers, and QA specialists in an agile environment.

The position requires strong technical expertise in full-stack development, particularly with Ruby on Rails and Node.js, along with experience in modern frontend technologies. You'll need excellent data modeling skills and a proven track record with test-driven development.
