Description For Senior Technical Account Representative (TAM)

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Account Representative (TAM) to join their Cloud Priority Support Services team in Mexico. As the #1 global provider of business software, Oracle offers cloud solutions that are redefining the world of business. This role involves designing and maintaining operational relationships with Enterprise and Large Enterprise SaaS customers who have purchased Cloud Priority Service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the single point of contact for Oracle Cloud customers
  • Managing day-to-day relationships and resolving customer concerns
  • Working with Customer Support engineers and leadership to ensure customer prioritization
  • Educating customers on effective use of Oracle Support, products, and tools
  • Driving internal processes to ensure high-quality service
  • Performing with a high level of autonomy and reporting to management on customer status
  • Contributing to onboarding, training, and mentoring of new TAMs
  • Making recommendations for up-sell activities based on customer interactions

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7-10 years of professional Information Systems implementation experience
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud components (HCM, ERP, SCM, CPQ, Taleo)
  • Knowledge of Cloud maintenance, patching, escalation, and portal management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Project Management (PMP) certification or extensive experience is preferred

Responsibilities For Senior Technical Account Representative (TAM)

  • Design and maintain operational relationships with Enterprise and Large Enterprise SaaS customers
  • Serve as the single point of contact for Oracle Cloud customers with Cloud Priority Service
  • Handle day-to-day customer relationships and resolve crises or concerns
  • Work proactively with Customer Support engineers and leadership to ensure customer prioritization
  • Educate customers on effective use of Oracle Support, products, tools, and procedures
  • Drive internal processes to ensure high-quality service and maintain accurate account information
  • Perform with a high level of autonomy, reporting regularly on customer status
  • Contribute to onboarding, training, and mentoring of new TAMs
  • Provide direction and mentorship to team members
  • Make recommendations for up-sell activities based on customer interactions
  • Act as the primary liaison between Oracle, the customer, and system integrators
  • Provide business process, application functionality, and implementation expertise
  • Escalate issues across multiple business units within Oracle as necessary

Requirements For Senior Technical Account Representative (TAM)

Java
  • 7-10 years of professional Information Systems implementation experience
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud components (HCM, ERP, SCM, CPQ, Taleo)
  • Knowledge of Cloud maintenance, patching, escalation, and portal management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Project Management (PMP) certification or extensive experience (preferred)
  • Understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems
  • Experience with web-based applications, networks, and RDBMS (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL Server)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
