Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Account Representative (TAM) to join their Cloud Priority Support Services team in Mexico. This role involves designing and maintaining operational relationships with Enterprise and Large Enterprise SaaS customers who have purchased Cloud Priority Service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the single point of contact for Oracle Cloud customers
- Managing day-to-day relationships and resolving customer concerns
- Working with Customer Support engineers and leadership to ensure customer prioritization
- Educating customers on effective use of Oracle Support, products, and tools
- Driving internal processes to ensure high-quality service
- Performing with a high level of autonomy and reporting to management on customer status
- Contributing to onboarding, training, and mentoring of new TAMs
- Making recommendations for up-sell activities based on customer interactions
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7-10 years of professional Information Systems implementation experience
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud components (HCM, ERP, SCM, CPQ, Taleo)
- Knowledge of Cloud maintenance, patching, escalation, and portal management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Project Management (PMP) certification or extensive experience is preferred
