Senior Technical Analyst

Oracle, a world leader in cloud solutions, is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to join their Support organization. This role focuses on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base. As a technical interface to customers, OEMs, and VARs, you'll be responsible for resolving both technical and non-technical inquiries, troubleshooting Oracle products, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The position requires 3-5+ years of experience with expertise in Linux and SQL. You'll work independently to research and develop solutions while serving as a primary point of contact for customers.
