Description For Senior Technical Analyst

Oracle is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to join their Support organization for UK Government Clients. This role focuses on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. The position involves working with Oracle E-Business Suite HR and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM services, requiring strong technical expertise and customer service skills.

The role demands a security-cleared professional who can manage customer service requests, provide technical analysis, and troubleshoot complex issues in a SaaS environment. You'll be working as part of the UK Team, reporting to the UK Government Cloud Support Manager, with responsibilities including on-call support during evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rotation basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled professional with experience in ERP systems and helpdesk environments. The position offers the chance to work with leading cloud technologies while supporting government clients. Responsibilities For Senior Technical Analyst

  • Managing customer service requests and being the single point of contact
  • Work on service requests by providing support, analysis, troubleshooting
  • Analyse user issues and determine best resolution methods
  • Provide phone support in a SaaS Environment
  • Maintain accurate information within Service Request System (MOS)
  • Interface directly with customers
  • Coordinate with global teams

Requirements For Senior Technical Analyst

  • Oracle E-Business Suite Human Resources / Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Cloud Services + Oracle Fusion HelpDesk Cloud Services experience
  • Previous experience in ERP Helpdesk environment
  • UK Government Security Clearance (or eligibility)
  • UK National / British Citizen with UK Passport
  • UK resident for the past 5 years
  • BA Honours/Science Degree
