Oracle Health Data Intelligence team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive product development in the Health Data & Analytics space. This highly visible role involves owning execution of Oracle Health Data & Analytics initiatives that span across Oracle Health's products. Responsibilities For Senior Technical Program Manager
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration across Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Support teams
- Help define and deliver sophisticated programs with competing priorities
- Work with multi-functional teams to establish and maintain roadmap
- Drive execution for timely, on-scope delivery of user and developer facing features
- Ensure high standards and consistency for the Oracle customer experience
- Recommend process improvements
- Ensure resource requirements are in place
- Provide status updates to senior leadership
- Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to changing situations
Requirements For Senior Technical Program Manager
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years experience in a technical program management role
- Understanding of SDLC and modern application development with web services
- Ability to think broadly and strategically
- Highly analytical and technically proficient
- Strong communication skills
- Experience using agile software development practices
- Experience with large amounts of data in fast paced environment
