Responsibilities For Senior Technical Support Analyst - Cloud Supply Chain Management

  • Research, resolve and respond to complex issues across Application product lines
  • Take ownership of priority customer cases
  • Review urgent and critical incidents for quality
  • Report high visibility cases and customer trends to management
  • Participate in system and release testing
  • Work with Oracle Development/Support Development for product-related issues
  • Act as a role model and mentor for other engineers
  • Queue reviews with engineers to ensure quality and efficiency of support

Requirements For Senior Technical Support Analyst - Cloud Supply Chain Management

Java
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry with a 3.0 GPA
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience
  • Strong Supply Chain Management knowledge with Planning and Manufacturing Modules
  • Knowledge in XML, Java, J2EE, Oracle ADF, SOA and Web Services
  • Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
  • Superb communication skills
  • Well-developed troubleshooting skills in enterprise business applications
