Designing new technical solutions for new functionality
Diagnosing and fixing issues, identifying and addressing root causes
Striving for continuous improvements to software and processes
Discovering training needs, coaching team members, and organizing team initiatives
Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives
Collaborating with other team members across the globe
Providing architectural and technical leadership on developing core products and services
Monitoring application performance and reporting on metrics

Requirements For Senior UI Engineer/Architect

JavaScript

TypeScript

At least 10 years in SW development, of which at least 5 in UI development
Experience in several of these technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, UI Frameworks, CSS
Flexibility to work with geographically distributed teams
Great analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong drive for code quality and maintainability
Understanding of cloud-based distributed software applications
