Responsibilities For Site Reliability Developer 3
- Actively collaborate with engineering teams in Oracle Netsuite Cloud Operations
- Resolve site incidents on various levels of cloud infrastructure
- Understand end-to-end configuration and technical dependencies of production services
- Partner with development teams in defining and implementing service architecture improvements
- Act as escalation point for complex or critical issues
- Develop automation for repetitive tasks
- Provide investigation during major customer impacting events
- Work with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana and OpenSearch
- Build systems for operational efficiency and reliability
- Participate in 24x7 Follow the Sun Operational coverage
Requirements For Site Reliability Developer 3
- 3 to 5+ years of experience
- Linux expertise
- Experience with automation and orchestration principles
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch)
- Bash shell scripting skills
